The property runs adjoining LONG SWAMP CREEK which feeds the PADDY’S & WOLLONDILLY RIVER systems. An overlay of a few undulating hills at approximately 800m (2,500ft) above sea level with a high density rain fall of on average 700-900ml per annum. Our ranch is partially bio diversity protected and classified as shale forest woodland. Hosting fauna endemic to the southern highlands such as the PADDY’S RIVER EUCALYPTUS. Plenty of native wildlife call the ranch home including the rare yellow New Holland Honeyeater hummingbird, echidnas, wombats, wallabies, parrots, kangaroos , quail & koala.
